I know what it means to carry stories that feel overwhelming to tell.

Hi! I’m Amy!

I’m so glad you are here.

If you have ever found yourself feeling stuck or dissatisfied in your life, your career, your relationships, or your own body, I want you to know: you are not alone!

You are not a problem to be solved. You are the solution.

So many of us learn to survive less than ideal circumstances by being overly pleasing, attempting to be perfect, putting others' needs before our own, changing our bodies, or seeking endlessly for the "right job" or the "right partner" to make it all feel better.

Perhaps we are simply existing, scrolling for hours on social media thinking everyone's life is better than ours.

The key to a brighter future is in understanding how your beliefs impact your thoughts, your emotions and your choices. There are many lessons to be learned from the cycles repeating in your life.

In our work together, you will acknowledge what isn’t working, strengthen what is working, and befriend all the versions of you.

You don’t need another body image ideology or diet plan. You need a place where your body’s story is allowed to be complicated.

I offer the educational training and professional experience you deserve. However, what really makes this work special to me is that I have been where you are.  I know what it means to grapple with fear, doubt, and feelings of deep longing for someone who understands.

In this space, there is no judgment; only compassion and a deep belief that healing is not only possible, it’s your right.

I hope you’ll take the next step to receive the care you genuinely deserve.

A little more about me

The rainbow and hearts in my logo represent the young girl in me who, despite many early challenges, had a very playful and joyful spirit. Rainbows and hearts still speak to this part of me as well as my love of all love.

A wooden dock extending into a calm lake during a colorful sunset with pink, purple, and orange sky, and trees reflected in the water.

I am a fan of noticing the smallest of moments—what many people call “glimmers.” One of the things that brings me the most hope is the beauty of a sunrise.

I am a Libra who loves autumn and Halloween; the weather, the leaves, the pumpkins and all of the childlike magic of the season make it my favorite time of year.

I lived in Portland, OR, and Vancouver, WA for 20 years. The PNW region shaped some of the deepest chapters of my life—both in success and struggle. I still consider the Pacific Northwest my second home.

Education & Experience

“Working with Amy saved me from the darkest time in my life and she supported me through the most painful loss and horrible grief.

When I catch myself being critical, I can hear her voice in my head saying: you deserve your own kindness.

Amy is not like any other provider I’ve had and I’m so glad I found her!”
